Sit back enjoy relax!

2 homes in one and a gigantic 1155 sqm block. Centrally located in Old Kalbarri, meaning only a short stroll to the school, shops and the beach. There so much that this home has to offer that you will simply have to view it to take it all in.

The top section of the house has new flooring throughout, freshly painted, new lighting, new ceiling fan lights and new double blinds.

This home has the lot with enough room to hold a big family/friends gathering on the huge upstairs decking running the length of the house overlooking Kalbarri National Park on one side and the massive palm trees, macadamia tree and lawn on the other.
Walking inside from the balcony you will be impressed by the high ceilings in the huge open dining area and the bright kitchen to the side with a full height slide draw pantry, plenty of cupboard space and views of the National Park, actually there are just views everywhere in this home. Down the hall you find a combined family bathroom/laundry which opens up to the back balcony which also runs the length of the house. A separate toilet then the large theatre room with ceiling fan and sliding glass door access to the front balcony.

The main bedroom is massive, it opens up to the back balcony and with its own ensuite with a spa bath with garden views, as well as a toilet and separate shower, ceiling fan and 4 door built in robe, here you can create your own perfect place to relax and unwind. The 2 minor bedrooms are large and both have generous 3 door built in robes.

Downstairs houses a complete separate teenage retreat or maybe future granny flat. It has 2 bedrooms, air conditioner, open living kitchen/dining/lounge as well as a renovated bathroom with separate toilet. Here you have glass sliding doors opening up to a large entertaining area shaded by the balcony above. The large gardens are reticulated with water from the bore with all sorts of treasures to be found like mango trees, passion fruit vines and a macadamia tree. There is a 3 car undercover parking area with a side access gate that opens onto large concrete area (room for the boat and the toys) and a fish cleaning sink.

But wait, there's more on the side of the house there is a storage section through to a huge games room with air conditioner and again with sliding door access to the garden.

There is so much room around this property that you could put in a shed or two, or maybe have your own nursery garden. This dream property is being sold semi furnished to the right buyer. Kalbarri overview

Kalbarri is a coastal resort and fishing town, 589 km north north west of Perth. It is located at the mouth of the Murchison River, the area becoming popular in the late 1940s as a tourist and fishing resort. In 1948 the government decided to declare a townsite here, and following the survey of lots the townsite was gazetted in 1951.

The name of Kalbarri was chosen from a list of Aboriginal words compiled by Daisy Bates in 1913. It is a man's name from a Murchison tribe, and also the name of an edible seed. The Aboriginal name for the area of Kalbarri has been recorded as "Wurdimarlu".
