What a gem this is, perfect for the Fly in fly out worker, first home or even someone looking to downsize but still wants the everything that hills living has to offer.
perched high up in Clifton Hills sits this immaculate presented home, with stunning views out over the suburbia with the skyline of Perth taking centre stage.
Entering the home you immediately notice the light and bright appeal the home has with a spacious living area, separate meals and a fantastic kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances including Miele dishwasher. Off the open plan living is in my opinion the best seat in the house, the balcony, sit back and relax with a beverage of your choice and enjoy the twinkling of the lights at night or sounds of birds in the morning, whilst the Sun rises and lights the new day.
The master bedroom has plenty of room and boasts built in robes plus semi-ensuite, whilst the minor bedroom is light bright with easy access to the bathroom.
The home is conveniently positioned allowing ample parking for cars and even a boat or caravan should you desire. There is a decent sized storage shed and an awesome outdoor freestanding patio, another excellent space to kick back and unwind.
The potential is limitless with many options to expand the home and create a grand master piece in a great pocket of Kelmscott.

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
Though close to the lively Armadale City Centre, Kelmscott is a quiet suburb nestled among the numerous parks and reserves that pepper its landscape. The Kelmscott Town Centre is the main commercial sector with the Kelmscott Plaza and Stargate Kelmscott Shopping Centre all located here. There is also a railway station and four local schools in Kelmscott.
