Shaun Pratt of Bellcourt Mount Lawley is excited to present to you 5 Oxford Street!

// GREEN TITLE
// STREET-FRONT
// INGLEWOOD BORDER
// FULLY RENOVATED
// LOW-MAINTENANCE

Beautifully presented and fully renovated, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom low-maintenance home is on a green-title lot (that means it's not a strata and there's no strata fees to worry about). This street-front home is situated on an easy-case 266sqm street-front block and is literally right on the Inglewood border.

Featuring high ceilings throughout, quality flooring, skirting boards and lovely designer finishes (black tap ware, ornate ceiling roses and cornices, designer industrial style lighting) that pay homage to the character and trendy urban nature of the area, you'll fall in love upon first sight.

The owners have been fastidious with their upgrades and renovations to this home, it will be one of the most immaculate and move-in ready homes that you'll see on the market today.

Walking through the front door, you'll be greeted by the L-shape open plan living area which is a great size and has windows all round, allowing for plenty of light and airflow. The L-shape design allows for great entertaining, but also clearly distinguishes dining, kitchen and lounge zones.

The kitchen has impressive feature lighting, a gorgeous custom-built timber island counter that is included with the sale, granite benchtops, gloss cabinetry, gas cooktop and stainless steel appliances including dishwasher.

The lounge area opens out onto the lovely alfresco area through beautiful timber French doors. The patio is a fantastic size for relaxing and also entertaining, it is private and has a retained garden area for the gardeners out there. While we're outside, the areas surrounding the home are well finished and low-maintenance, with a small garden shed and dedicated clothes drying area - there is the option for further storage (e.g. storing bikes) and for veggie patches and the like.

Back inside, the rear quarters of the home encapsulate the bedrooms and bathrooms. The main bathroom includes a bathtub, and all bathrooms have striking black tapware and handles. The main bedroom has plenty of built-in-robes and again, all bedrooms feature stunning high ceilings.

Located in a quiet street, right on the Inglewood border in the pocket known by locals as "Minglewood", you honestly couldn't pick a better location to settle down. You're minutes from everything you could desire. When you're not entertaining or relaxing at home, you can quickly get to a myriad of cafes and restaurants. The City is also extremely close, with cycle routes into the CBD, public transport including rapid bus routes along Beaufort Street into the City and Maylands Train Station within close proximity. If you've been dreaming of living inner-city and taking advantage of all of the amazing amenities on offer, this might just be the home for you!

For any queries or to place an offer, please do not hesitate to contact Shaun of Bellcourt Mount Lawley on 0466 822 050 or via email [email protected] - otherwise, I look forward to showing you through at our next home open!

Maylands overview

Maylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perth, serviced by the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River. In 1896 the name "Maylands" was first used to identify the area, appearing on a poster advertising a land auction. However the exact reason how the area got its name is something of a mystery.

The suburb was once a source of clay for brick and tile making at Maylands Brickworks, and the pits from these activities are now part of a golf course and residential area. It was home to Perth's main airport until the early 1960s, and the facilities were converted to a training area for the Western Australian Police Service.

Life in Maylands

Maylands is known as a cultural and creative hub as it is home to The West Australian Ballet Centre and home to the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra. In recent years, new bars, cafés and restaurants, along with gourmet food and retail outlets have all contributed to an ongoing transformation of the town centre into a lively, diverse and inclusive destination. There are numerous shopping centres in the area, 15 parks and reserves and two primary schools.
