If you're looking for a home that is in a quiet street, has beautiful trees surrounding the homes in the area and is a close walk to the beautiful trails along the Collie River then you need to see this home. The current owner has been a long time resident of the area for over 20 years which is a good indication of a great location in my books and it has been well cared for and maintained.

Situated on 751m2 of land with low maintenance established gardens, shady trees and a fantastic long patio to enjoy entertain and relax within, it even has a cat run for the pet conscious.

Inside features four bedrooms with walk in robe and ensuite to the master, built ins to the other bedrooms and open plan living areas featuring lounge, dining and family room.

The kitchen has good cupboard space with a pantry cupboard and room for a large fridge that's important with todays large modern refrigerators.

If you have children the bathroom contains a bath separate to the shower, single vanity and a decent sized laundry.

This property wont last long with its hidden location with lots to offer, it's even within close walking distance to the ever growing Eaton Fair Shopping complex.

Eaton overview

Eaton is a suburban area located on the banks of the Collie River six kilometres from Bunbury. In 1949 the island in the Collie River opposite Eaton was named Eaton Island, because its original name, Alexander Island, was duplicated. Eaton was nominated by the Bunbury Road Board in honour of Mr Foster Eaton, the late fisheries and game inspector for this area. The name was given in recognition of work he had done in the area. When urban development was commenced in the area in 1951, it was at first referred to as the Collie River Estate, but was soon changed to Eaton due to its proximity to Eaton Island.
