SECOND CHANCE!

Great news.. If you were upset that you missed out the first time, number 5 Korad Terrace is now back on the market for this SECOND CHANCE offering - and you don't want to miss it again!

Absolute GOLD!
Can you believe that there were people who predicted 2012 was to be the year the world would end? Instead of ending, two amazing things happened in the world that year; my first child was born, and number 5 Korad Terrace was built!

BEHOLD- the world may as well have begun in 2012, because that's how cool this home is.

From a sexy street appeal, to a stylish interior, this is the home you're going to want to invite your friends to. The outdoors entertaining is area is bliss, and the stone wall in the courtyard gives it a bit of a castle type feel (and we love castles) but far from antique, this home is only 10 years old and built in one of the best estates - Forrestfield Central, which now borders with the very beautiful Hales estate only 330 metres away.

Korad terrace is a couple of streets back from Berkshire Rd allowing some peace from the traffic while still being close enough that everything is in reach, Roe high Way onramp is just down the road, the Darling Range Sports College is almost throwing distance, and the revamped Hawaiians Forrestfield is not too far as well! If you love dogs, there is a brand new doggy park a few hundred metres away, and not far from that is one of the best children's playgrounds too (with a mega slide offering city views at the top!!!)

The home also offers side access which is pretty darn rare for a property this new and absolute gold if you have extra parking requirements.
I could go on, but if you spend too much time reading this ad, you might miss out on the real deal. So get in touch for any more info you require, and we look forward to seeing you at the home open.

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.

Life in Forrestfield

Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.

There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the  Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
