PRACTICAL AND APPEALING

You can just tell a property that has had the same owners for a long time. From the moment you arrive the gardens are neat and tidy and the infrastructure on or surrounding the home has been put there for practicality and purpose! This is obviously one of those properties. The front yard is spacious with immaculate gardens, but the best of all is you have direct access to a good sized powered shed either for parking or as a workshop. Internally has a separate lounge, functional kitchen, 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 with built ins, rear games room for extra living space and a nice open patio area for the outdoor entertainer. Neat, tidy and room to grow this on is well worth your time!

Pinjarra overview

The townsite of Pinjarra is located in the south west agricultural region, 87 km south of Perth and 21 km south east of Mandurah. It is located near a ford over the Murray River, and land was reserved for a townsite here in 1831. Surveys were carried out in 1836 and land allocated to settlers in 1837. The name was often shown spelt "Pinjarrup" on early maps, and the accepted spelling for many years was "Pinjarrah". There are conflicting theories regarding the meaningof this Aboriginal name. It is usually said to mean "place of a swamp", but it is more likely named after the "Pindjarup" tribe, the Aboriginal group that frequented this area.
