Why don’t you forget all about the building hassles and delayed timelines and secure this beautifully presented property that is ready to move in and enjoy.
The location is fantastic with it being only a leisurely bike ride or walk to Dunsborough’s thriving town centre which will allow you to enjoy all your favourite Bars, restaurants and cafes without even the need to drive the car!
The biggest bonus though is the home backs directly onto a lovely natural parkland reserve which offers plenty of space to enjoy kicking a footy, game of cricket or for the kids to just burn off some energy. Not to mention how fantastic the outlook is and that you do not look at the neighbours.
The home itself offers 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms and is highlighted by high ceilings and stunning Jarrah flooring which flows effortlessly into the open plan living and then onto the outside alfresco covered area. The design allows for the views to be taken in from the Kitchen, dining and living areas and if you’re preparing the meals you can still be involved with the family and friends and not miss out on the conversations as the kitchen faces the entertaining area.
The fixtures and fittings are of a high quality and the property is perfect for a holiday or permanent home or even just an ideal rental investment.
A very low maintenance home with fully reticulated easy-care gardens that will allow you to enjoy more of what the South West has to offer.
It really is in pristine condition as the owners have only used it a few times each year for holidays and it has never been rented out. Do yourself a favour and call for a further discussion about it today.

The townsite of Dunsborough is located on the coast, 12 kilometres southeast of Cape Naturaliste and approximately 19 kilometres of Busselton. It was gazetted as a Townsite in 1879, but land for a townsite was set aside here in the late 1830's, and there is a recorded whale fishery at "Dunsbro" in 1850.
Dunsborough is located adjacent to Dunn Bay from which it derives its name. The bay is believed to have been named by Governor James Stirling , March 1830, whilst on the "Eagle" carrying out a survey of Geographe Bay. It is named after Captain Richard Dalling Dunn, under whom Stirling served on the "Hibernia"120 and the "Armide"38 in 1810-1811 (Stirling named a number of features in Western Australia after naval officers under whom he served or was associated with) When Dunsborough first appeared on a map in 1839 it was spelt "Dunnsbro" but the extra n appears to have disappeared by 1850, and the spelling of "bro" was amended to "borough"when the name was gazetted in 1879.
