*PLEASE NOTE* There will be one inspection for this property Thursday 6 July 2023 from 4:30pm - 5:30pm and all offers will be presented at close of business Friday 7th July 2023. Please read all the details below.
This one is a little rough around the edges and needs some TLC throughout, it will be sold in as-is, where-is condition and is fantastic value for the buyer with an eye for the awesome potential on offer.
There are three bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a good amount of living space available. Solid Jarrah floors throughout are a great feature and once the house has been redecorated, will make a beautiful talking point. The kitchen and bathroom are both tired but they are good sizes and offer lots of options to be updated and bought back to their former glory.
The big double garage is a great feature and offers drive through access to the backyard, which is perfect for the buyer with extra vehicles to park.
The property is zoned R15/25 and at 792sqm, there is some potential to retain the house and subdivide.
There are no internal photos available and we don't have a current floor plan, however come along to the inspection and bring your imagination - there's some great potential here and it will be popular! If you can't make the inspection, we will provide a video walkthrough for you, please use the EMAIL AGENT section to request a copy.
To get a copy of the offer paperwork prior to the inspection, please use the EMAIL AGENT section of this website to get in touch.

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
Though close to the lively Armadale City Centre, Kelmscott is a quiet suburb nestled among the numerous parks and reserves that pepper its landscape. The Kelmscott Town Centre is the main commercial sector with the Kelmscott Plaza and Stargate Kelmscott Shopping Centre all located here.
