This beautiful spacious home is an entertainer's dream and yet designed for the daily reality of family life, with everything oversized, plenty of storage and zoned to allow open plan living as well as privacy and quiet when life calls for it - ideal for a family who love to play together and still have their own quiet and private escape.

Located in the desirable Galway Green Estate nestled on an 849sqm block, in a quiet street, this modern 4/5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with triple garage has fully ducted & zoned reverse cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort.

You immediately walk into a feature stacked stone wall that gives you a glimpse of the quality within. To the front of this home is a generous master suite with outdoor roller shutters and luxurious sunblock curtains and dimmer downlights to set the mood.

With a walk-in-robe and resort style ensuite, corner bath, shower, separate enclosed toilet and his and hers vanities, you’ll never want to leave. Feature doors open into a separate home theatre with recessed ceiling and dimmer downlights. In this front area is a study that could also be used as nursery or 5th bedroom.

The three back bedrooms are all queen size with double built-in-robes, overlook the fernery and open to an activity room. The family bathroom is heated with a separate powder room adjoining the activity room. The laundry with plenty of storage, bench top. The back zone is perfect for the kids.

From the entry, you’re presented with a large open plan living area with raised ceiling and views through to outdoor features. Beyond that, a massive kitchen with banks of drawers and a walk-in pantry to die for. This well-appointed kitchen has stainless steel gas stove top and oven, dishwasher, soft-close drawers and cupboards, plumbed fridge recess, a rubbish bin drawer and plenty of bench space. Feature doors lead into a huge separate games room which overlooks the resort outdoor area.

The most valuable feature of this property is the unique outdoor aspect. Large blocks with wide frontages mean you don't feel crammed in. The property is elevated above the back neighbours, so you don’t feel claustrophobic. It is an open but private and secure feeling with sunset views over distant treetops.

A rendered brick wall around the perimeter frames multiple decked areas, a fire pit and gigantic pebbled pond and feature outdoor lighting around the periphery, great for evening parties. There’s even a purpose-built enclosure for the rubbish bins, rainwater tank, raised vegie garden and tool shed. Wait till you see the tropical oasis with water feature out the back.

Designed to be pragmatic with daily family life in mind … parents’ retreat, plenty of storage, ability to close off areas for some peace and quiet with all those little extras that make a difference - feature windows & doors, skirting boards, down lights, raised ceilings - plus quality fixtures & fittings throughout. With artificial grass, decking, pavers & fully reticulated plantings, the gardens are well-kept & definitely low maintenance.
