The condition and presentation of this property is a credit to the current owners who have resided here happily for more than 15 years.

The floor plan design has been set up with two separate pods and a limestone path leading from the driveway to a timber deck landing and then into an entry foyer with double glass doors that look through full height fixed glass panels, to a water feature pond, garden bed and the rear yard.

The minor three bedrooms all with built-in robes and all with an outlook into the surrounds, are positioned at the east wing, with the main bathroom featuring shower and vanity, a separate powder room is positioned off the large laundry with lots of storage options, with access to the garage via a covered pathway.

The west wing of the home with a brilliant northerly aspect into the trees, features the open plan family zone of the house with vaulted ceilings and exposed timber beams, an oversize kitchen with generous bench spaces, 900mm gas hotplate, under bench oven and separate grill, overhead cabinetry, double fridge recess, quality American Oak cabinetry and Granite benchtops. This family gathering zone also includes a dining/lounge/games area which opens out to a timber decked alfresco, with a pitched roof, all enjoying the outlook and privacy.

The master suite positioned perfectly, has its own private deck ideal for the morning coffee. The ensuite features floor to ceiling tiles, double vanity, a spa and double shower, with the WC separate from the main suite. The walk-in robe is also accessed between the ensuite and bathroom.

The exterior of the property is impressive and impeccably presented with its steep roof pitch, feature Cedar timber cladding, hardwood timber decks, paved pathways, feature gardens and manicured lawns, all retained from the native bush with limestone block border, creating the ideal separation buffer. A free-standing oversize garage is positioned with easy access to the house. In addition there is a generous shed currently used as a boat shed and workshop. Quindalup overview

The townsite of Quindalup is located on Geographe Bay, 250 kilometres west southwest of Perth and 21 kilometres west of Busselton. The Quindalup area is the site of one of the state's earliest timber industries, and a timber mill was built here and timber exported through a jetty on the coast in the early 1860s. McGibbon and Yelverton used the name Quindalup in referring to their mill in the 1860s, and in the 1870s the government reserved land here. In 1899 a number of local fishermen in the area requested the Minister for Lands to subdivide the beachfront land. The Minister approved the subdivision, surveys of "working mens blocks" were made, and the townsite of Quindalup gazetted in 1899.

Quindalup is an Aboriginal name meaning "the place of quenda's". The Quenda is a small bandicoot common in the area.
