This beautifully renovated villa packs a mighty punch and feels brand new inside!
Renovated from top to bottom, you can just move on in and enjoy everything that this wonderful property has to offer.
Featuring soaring raked ceilings with highlight windows, the main open-plan living area is soaked with natural light. Perfect for lovers of indoor plants, you can only imagine the indoor jungle you could create here. To set off the lovely living area, there's a beautiful bay window overlooking the front garden, making for a welcoming lounge room to be within.
The kitchen is modern and sleek, featuring stainless steel appliances and overhead cupboards. Next to the kitchen is the well sized laundry and bathroom, with access to the courtyard. In the rear corner of the home are the two bedrooms, the secondary bedroom has raked ceilings adding plenty of volume to the room. The main bedroom is well proportioned, with built-in mirrored robes and sliding door access to the courtyard.
The courtyard is a great size and has a pitched patio, perfect for entertaining friends and family. Being the end villa in the complex this courtyard also has the benefit of side access.
Beautifully renovated and with not a cent to spend, I can't think of a better first home, downsizer or investment property!

Maylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perth, serviced by the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River. In 1896 the name "Maylands" was first used to identify the area, appearing on a poster advertising a land auction. However the exact reason how the area got its name is something of a mystery.
The suburb was once a source of clay for brick and tile making at Maylands Brickworks, and the pits from these activities are now part of a golf course and residential area. It was home to Perth's main airport until the early 1960s, and the facilities were converted to a training area for the Western Australian Police Service.
Maylands is known as a cultural and creative hub as it is home to The West Australian Ballet Centre and home to the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra. In recent years, new bars, cafés and restaurants, along with gourmet food and retail outlets have all contributed to an ongoing transformation of the town centre into a lively, diverse and inclusive destination. There are numerous shopping centres in the area, 15 parks and reserves and two primary schools.
