This stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the sought-after suburb of Myaree is a lovely sanctuary retreat.
The feeling of peace and relaxation this home brings makes you want to put your feet up and relax with a cup of tea. Large windows throughout every room allow for the greenery outside to form part of the tranquillity inside. The open plan living, kitchen and dining is lined with great windows that allow for natural light to fill the entire space. Being able to overlook the garden while cooking and opening the glass doors out to the decking makes this space perfect for living and entertaining.
New carpet in both bedrooms and screeded polished concrete throughout the rest of the home makes the flooring very low maintenance and always look clean. The open kitchen and curved breakfast bar create an area that is easy to cook in while making a stylish statement.
One of the bedrooms includes an inbuilt curvaceous desk on two walls overlooking the driveway and garden. The retreat style ensuite in the master bedroom includes a bath that overlooks the private courtyard and garden outside, making it a space that you would love to spend time in.
The spacious garage allows for 2 cars with extra room for shelving and a workshop area.
Passive solar ensures that this home is cool in summer and warm in winter with no heating or cooling energy spent. Although, there is a reverse cycle aircon unit in the kitchen and a gas bayonet in the living room for those that do need the extra warmth or cooling.
The garden is native and waterwise with three 96-year-old lowering camellias outside the main bed window. Fruiting trees that prolifically produce pomegranates, oranges, limes, mandarins, and lemons make this garden not only great to admire, but also edible.
A home that is only 10 minutes from Fremantle, less than 20 minutes from the city and surrounded by many cafes, shops and gyms make this property the ideal location for all.

Prior to 1954, the suburb now named Myaree was part of Melville until the Melville Road Board acquired land and planning for an urban residential area in conjunction with an industrial area. The name, Myaree, which is an Aboriginal word meaning 'foliage', was suggested and street names were chosen commemorating men of the district who died on active service in the first world war and old residents who had played an active part in the development of the area.
Myaree is home to a retail hub along Leach Highway which includes many major retail outlets and public transport, providing a short journey to Fremantle and Perth City. Other features include seven reserves and parks such as Marmion Reserve, a sporting space with it's own lake with walking path.
