Within Reach of Ocean Beach

There is a whole lot of value in this substantial well maintained 4x2 home located in Ocean Beach which should tick a lot of boxes. Well screened from the road it has lots to offer including a powered workshop, garage, sealed driveway all securely fenced back and front on a 1011sqm block with well-established gardens. Inside the homes clever design really comes into play with the 3 bedrooms sharing their own living area at one end of the house and the master bedroom with it’s own living at the other end. Other features include but not limited to timber floors, slow combustion fireplace, air conditioning, generous sized bedrooms, spa bath. The kitchen is modern with plenty of room and stacks of cupboard space complimented by a decent pantry. Upstairs mezzanine is expansive and will suit many uses from an office to a teenagers retreat. This area leads into enclosed attic storage in the roof space a real bonus. Best of all it’s an easy cycle on the sealed pathway to the local surf break or to the many walk trails. Denmark overview

The townsite of Denmark, located on the south coast 51 kilometres west of Albany, was gazetted a townsite in 1909. It is located on the Denmark River from which it derives its name, the river having been named by the explorer Dr J B Wilson RN in December 1829. Wilson named it the "Denmark" in compliment to his friend Dr. Alexander Denmark R.N. a physician to the fleet. The Aboriginal name "Koorrabup", recorded by Alfred Hillman in 1833, also refers to this area.

Although a townsite was not declared here until 1909, a settlement of this name had existed here for some years previous. A Millars Bros. Timber mill was established on the banks of the river in 1894.
