Stunning: (adjective) extremely impressive or attractive
Number 48 Salix Way has in effect, been COMPLETELY reborn. Originally a 1970's 3x1 home, its owners have completed one of the most incredible transformations, to create a fresh and contemporary 3x2 home where everything has been done for you, and to a very gorgeous standard!
The kitchen is MAGNIFICENT, and forms the central hub of the home. The living spaces are light and bright and the bathrooms are sumptuous.
Everything here is perfectly in every way - including the location! Because as it happens, Salix Way is one of the best located streets in the suburb. You are literally metres away from the bustling hub of Hawaiians Forrestfield, if you fancy - you will never have to cook again. There is a park at the end of the street, and a very short walk to Woodlupine primary School (via the park).
We challenge you to try to find a fault with this home, because as far as we can tell, every corner sparkles. If you've been waiting until now for that something special, well played. But your shiny new home is here and your wait is over!

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
