Through the stunning feature front door, you enter into the expansive open plan living area fitted with reverse cycle air conditioning, and gas bayonet.

To the right is the large kitchen with plenty of bench space and storage – including large drawers and two built-in pantries. It features a stainless-steel wall oven and an electric cooktop. The bench overlooking the living room offers a perfect location to pull up a few stools and the fridge recess is generously sized too!

Off the left-hand side of the living area is the main bedroom. Equipped with the most fantastic walk-in wardrobe and renovated ensuite.
The carpeted stairs (nice and safe for the little ones!) lead you upstairs to a versatile carpeted kids' living area. At the front is a balcony that overlooks the road and right beside the stairs in the main bathroom that features a shower over bath with a glass screen.
On either side of the upstairs living area are four bedrooms, made unique by the exposed roof beams and the property's A-frame roof shape.

The rear yard is accessed from the laundry and kitchen, which opens out the paved alfresco that overlooks the lawn – the perfect amount for the kids or pets to play without having mowing be too much of a chore!

The lovely front façade is still too new to show its full potential! While its current minimalist look is still very appealing, once the newly planted flora flourishes, it will be even better!

The location is very convenient! Only a very short distance to the Australind shopping centre and estuary, while primary and high schools are just down the road as well.!
