Wow!! Just check out that entertaining area. If you love your summer BBQ’s with friends and family whilst chilling in the pool (which can be heated) then this is the home for you.
The North facing alfresco allows you to enjoy as much sun as possible during the summer imagine coming home, putting some music on via the outdoor speakers, grabbing a drink jumping in the pool whilst planning what to cook on the outdoor BBQ and to top it all off thanks to the café blinds and heater you can enjoy this alfresco all year round.
The home itself is characteristic, versatile, and large enough for a family with older kids to enjoy. One thing older kids bring are cars, thanks to the large amount of parking on the driveway plus a huge double garage, that's one thing you shouldn't have to worry about.
As you enter the front door to your left you have the kitchen and dining area which looks out onto that wicked alfresco area. The kitchen is fitted out with stone bench tops, 900mm oven, electric cooktop, a built in coffee machine and wooden floorboard's.
Continuing the entertainers vibe you have a great bar area in the living room with a stainless steel bench tops and too keep warm in winter there is a awesome gas fire that warms the room up super quick.
The home has multiple living areas with a second living just off the main living area which leads you to a bedroom making this great for a teenage retreat.
The main bedroom is situated on the other side of a great study area and walk in robe. The master itself easily fits a queen and there is a en-suite as well fitted out with a shower and bath so you can relax and have a nice long soak.

Prior to 1954, the suburb now named Myaree was part of Melville until the Melville Road Board acquired land and planning for an urban residential area in conjunction with an industrial area. The name, Myaree, which is an Aboriginal word meaning 'foliage', was suggested and street names were chosen commemorating men of the district who died on active service in the first world war and old residents who had played an active part in the development of the area.
Myaree is home to a retail hub along Leach Highway which includes many major retail outlets and public transport, providing a short journey to Fremantle and Perth City. Other features include seven reserves and parks such as Marmion Reserve, a sporting space with it's own lake with walking path.
