UNDER OFFER...

This home is now under offer.

This fantastic home, located close to all amenities has undergone substantial renovations by a local craftsman.
Works include two stunning new bathrooms, a brand new, ultra-modern kitchen, painted throughout, new floor coverings and window treatments and more.

The main bedroom is light and bright, courtesy of large picture windows and has built in robes, a ceiling fan and split system air for year round comfort and comes with an ensuite straight out of a fashion magazine! With floor to ceiling tiles, double vanity, cupboards, toilet and a stunning dual "wet room" shower, this is one of the classiest ensuites I have seen!

The laundry has been cleverly converted into the second bathroom and is equally classy as the ensuite, with floor to ceiling tiling, "wet room" shower, second toilet and new vanity/cupboards.
Since the laundry has been converted into a bathroom, a fantastic feature of this room is that it also houses the washing machine, which means one less room to keep clean.

The original space for the bathroom has been converted into a large storeroom and had the ceiling raised to the roof. This has allowed for storage space to also extend further into the roof space above the passageway. The storeroom also houses a bank of data points, allowing multi-media throughout the home.

The lounge/dining/study area is equally as light and bright, beautifully staged and also has split system air. This room is accessible from the front entry, passageway and the kitchen and will be very easy for the new owner to furnish.

The open plan kitchen/meals and living have brand new quality vinyl planking floors for low maintenance and come with a third split system air unit.

The kitchen is simply stunning! Light, bright and airy, with neutral tones, overhead cupboards, fridge/freezer recess, microwave recess and a clever "slide out" pantry with storage racks.

Outside entertaining is another key feature of this home, with a large patio complete with outdoor kitchen, which has a sink, barbecue stove top, rangehood, and plenty of cupboards for storage. This will keep the barbecue mess outside.

Secure parking is a breeze, with the carport enclosed by a double panel lift door. There is also a second patio at the end of the carport, making this area 13 metres long. Sufficient to house at least four cars.

The lawns and gardens are fully reticulated and the backyard has a fire pit area with built in seats. This is the perfect place to sit and entertain friends by the fire.

BUT THERE'S MORE!!
The home comes with a wide, paved area to the southern side. This area is large enough to house a boat/trailer, or other vehicle AND the home has a 7.0m x 5.0m powered workshop with gabled roof, for high clearance.

With a spacious land area of 750m2, you will truly kick yourself if you miss this stunning home, so call Exclusive Agent, David Willis on 0418 931 941 to book a viewing..

Eaton overview

Eaton is a suburban area located on the banks of the Collie River six kilometres from Bunbury. In 1949 the island in the Collie River opposite Eaton was named Eaton Island, because its original name, Alexander Island, was duplicated. Eaton was nominated by the Bunbury Road Board in honour of Mr Foster Eaton, the late fisheries and game inspector for this area. The name was given in recognition of work he had done in the area. When urban development was commenced in the area in 1951, it was at first referred to as the Collie River Estate, but was soon changed to Eaton due to its proximity to Eaton Island.
