WOW! This is not only a delightfully renovated, secure and private 3 x 2 that would be an absolute joy to live in, but it also has a vast array of development options too, making this one of the best deals in Forrestfield available now!
The block is zoned R25/40 so some of the development options are as follows
Option 1 (my favourite)
Retain the house and create a brand new block with street frontage! This can be done as a survey strata or even a green title! And depending on how big you make the block you could do this with either the R25 zoning or the R40 so you won't necessarily need to have a 2 storey restriction on the new build as would often be the case with other local properties (contact Nick for more clarification if required)
Option 2 (full development)
If you wanted to go all out, you could demo and create 3 new blocks! Possibly more if you utilise other allowances like over 55's living for example.
Option 3 (maximum adventure)
A really adventurous developer might even opt to build apartments here. It's technically possible.
But whether you are interested in developing, leasing or just need a really cool home, this property really does have it all.
Definitely worth a serious look - and seriously quick too because if I'm not mistaken this one won't wait long

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
