An open plan that will open your heart...

What we love…
Fall in love with the free-flowing space, the contemporary and spacious design and the leafy location. This surprisingly sizable home boasts an attractive open-plan living area off a modern galley kitchen leading out to a generous size front courtyard. Such an adorable design with functional living, there’s a lot to like about this place – and we think you will like it too (including the price).

What to know…
Once you take a look inside you’ll see the what all the fuss is about. Large bedrooms, built in robes, two small rear courtyards off the rear bedrooms in addition to the main courtyard, reverse split air-conditioning to the living, gas hotplate and hot water system, alarm and a double garage. What more could you want? It’s survey strata meaning you own the land – freehold. This also means the strata fees are very reasonable - Strata Admin: $168.05 - Strata Reserve levy: $28.50

Located at the rear of a quiet, modern development away from the railway line, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home really is an affordable gem in the heart of Kelmscott. Positioned in between two railway stations, access to the city via rail is conveniently nearby. Perfect for first home buyers, young professionals, singles, couples, small families, investors and those looking to downsize in to an easy care home. We see very little downside here.

Who to talk to…
