What to love?
Warm & welcoming: This home exudes warmth and has a wonderful inviting ambience. Recently refreshed, the entire interior was repainted only two years ago, from walls to trim and ceilings, making it move-in ready.

The modern updated kitchen with island bench is certain to please, with a dishwasher and a microwave niche adding to the convenience. There's an abundance of counter space and storage to meet your every culinary need, and the sellers are happy to include the 4-stage reverse osmosis water system installed under the sink.

An updated bathroom adds to the mix, being larger than average and with modern fixtures and fittings and there's a second toilet off the laundry.

Modern comfort: Brand-new reverse cycle air conditioning units are being installed in every bedroom and the living area by October 2024, ensuring year-round comfort and energy efficiency.

Spacious & practical: The bedrooms are generously sized and equipped with blockout blinds, ideal for restful sleep and perfect for shift workers. Each has built-in robes complete with shelving, taking care of each household member's need to tuck their belongings away.

Outdoor fun: The fully reticulated gardens and lawn allow plenty of space for monkey bars, a trampoline, and outdoor play, while the extended back patio is ideal for entertaining guests or enjoying weekend BBQs.

Versatile living: The air-conditioned carport extension room offers flexibility as a fourth bedroom, a playroom, or a recreational space, giving options for everyone. A fully shaded laundry area along one side of the house adds to the practicality. There's no shortage of parking either, with shaded room for two vehicles and additional space for two more.

Powered shed: the bonus of a 6m x 5m shed with mezzanine storage!

Prime location: Situated close to town, schools, parks, and sports facilities, this home offers a lifestyle of ease and convenience. Approx 630metres to the golf course.

With a potential rental return of $1,500 to $1,600 per week, 463 Croton Street is a fantastic investment opportunity. Don't miss out on the chance to secure a beautiful family home in a sought-after location.

Tom Price overview

Tom Price is an iron mining town in the Pilbara region, 1458 kilometres north northeast of Perth and 89 kilometres north of Paraburdoo. Following the discovery and development of the iron mining industry in this area in the 1960s, a private townsite named Tom Price was established by Rio Tinto Southern Pty Ltd. It was officially named Tom Price Townsite in 1967, but was not a gazetted townsite until 1985. The townsite derives its name from Mount Tom Price, a mountain in the Hamersley Range named in 1962. The name Mount Tom Price was proposed by Rio Tinto Southern Pty Ltd after the late Mr Tom Price, a colleague of theirs who was involved in iron ore negotiations with the Premier of Western Australia in 1961. Mr Price was highly regarded and played an important role in the eraly development of the iron mining industry in the Pilbara.
