A cool and connected location, just 5 kilometres from the Perth CBD "Unison" Maylands offers its residents resort style facilities as well as a level of comfort and sophistication they desire and is an awesome urban development for residents to enjoy all that Maylands has to offer.
Unison’s facade offers a contemporary exterior and a graceful entrance lobby designed to impress your visitors on arrival. Your apartment at Unison on Tenth is as chic and urban as your Maylands address. Make a smooth entrance with keyless electronic entry to the ground floor lobby before taking the lift to your urban sanctuary.
This exterior is carried through to interior areas and apartments with deliberate style. The kitchen features Stainless Steel European inbuilt appliances, reconstituted stone benchtops, coloured prefinished boards to cupboards, high colourback glass splashback, soft close drawers and soft close cupboard doors - including storage in overhead cabinets, and fully vitrified floor tiles make for a great feel.
Set in an enviable, 2nd floor, internal complex position with the apartment situated back across from the lift lobby, which provides separation, yet close proximity to the lifts for convenience whilst coming home from those supermarket trips from the nearby array of shops including the brand new Woolworths Inglewood.
This unique "L" style apartment (one of only eight in the development) is void of angles or pokey corners and provides seamless open plan living from the kitchen to the dining and living areas extending out to a generous sized courtyard with gated access to the lush landscaped common area.

The master bedroom has sliding door access to the courtyard, mirrored robes, and the ensuite features reconstituted stone vanity tops with semi vitreous china basin and colour prefinished boards to cupboards. Maylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perth, serviced by the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River. In 1896 the name "Maylands" was first used to identify the area, appearing on a poster advertising a land auction. However the exact reason how the area got its name is something of a mystery.
The suburb was once a source of clay for brick and tile making at Maylands Brickworks, and the pits from these activities are now part of a golf course and residential area. It was home to Perth's main airport until the early 1960s, and the facilities were converted to a training area for the Western Australian Police Service.
Maylands is known as a cultural and creative hub as it is home to The West Australian Ballet Centre and home to the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra. In recent years, new bars, cafés and restaurants, along with gourmet food and retail outlets have all contributed to an ongoing transformation of the town centre into a lively, diverse and inclusive destination. There are numerous shopping centres in the area, 15 parks and reserves and two primary schools.
