SO GRAND!!

From the moment you arrive at 45 Ravenswood Road you are met with a sense of grandeur that very few get to experience.

The owners who built this property did so in a way to meet their very high standards, so now its time for the next lucky owner to enjoy their hard work.

The 300m2+ of internal living is mixed with single level functionality, elegance, size and style. As you could imagine with such a large home there is four living areas (Family, Games, Formal Lounge and Dining) with three of these receiving recessed ceilings adding an additional 300mm to the already impressive 35c ceilings.

The kitchen has all the size, storage and class you would expect, with granite bench tops and quality appliances. The master bedroom comes with a very large ensuite with separate spa, shower and toilet plus there is a 4.5m walk in robe with dual access. The minor bedrooms (by name only) are all a commanding size with triple built in robes plus bedroom 2 and 3 share the second bathroom as a semi ensuite. There is also a powder room off the laundry with additional built in robes.

Outside the amazingness can be found all around! The 5x12m (approx..) cedar lined alfresco area, complete with outdoor kitchen will see many a Birthday/Christmas/Anything celebration, with a manicured lawn and garden area to complete the area.

My personal favourite of this property is the large and spotless wrap around verandah. Raised above the row of bright Standard Roses, the manicured lawns and bitumen driveway would allow for a quiet afternoon to simply admire the property from an elevated position.

When arriving home, there is a 6.5m x 7m garage (large enough to fit almost any vehicle) plus there is an additional 4x4m store with a double door entry via the garage. If parking vehicles and fixing things is you then why not head out the back to your 18x9m (approx..) workshop complete with toilet. Adjacent to this is a gated hardstand, extensive concrete drainage plus the owner has even put down 'road base' for the larger vehicles or trailers.

There really is just so much to this property, here is a list of some of the features:

Maida Vale overview

This area was first settled in 1873 by William Henry Mead. He built a home in the Ridge Hill area, and established an orchard named "Orangedale". The name of Maida Vale was chosen as the district name by a public meeting of local residents in 1910, and comes from the property name of another early settler, Mr W H McCormack. It is assumed that the name was derived from that of the west London suburb of this name, which in turn is named after Maida (S. Pietro di Maida) in Calabria, Italy. The British Army defeated the French there in 1806, and in commemoration of the victory Maida Hall and Maida Vale were named.

Life in Maida Vale

Within the suburb there is a primary school, Maida Vale Primary School, a golf course, numerous parks/ovals, small shops, and a heated swimming pool. Maida Vale retains areas of natural bushland and is not completely built-up with housing.
