This beautiful home is secured by a cream picket and brick fence which opens up onto this vast property. The house is surrounded by easy care paving and native gardens which do not only put on a show of colour throughout the year but also does not hurt the wallet in water costs.
The home is also cocooned by a 3m wide verandah keeping the home protected from the Australian sun. Walking into the front door you enter the heart of the home where there is a semi separate lounge, complete with views, a meals area and the kitchen.
Everything has been thought of even the design of the tiles inside the house match the design of the outside pavers, there is carpet in all the bedrooms and lounges and the kitchen and laundry have enough cupboard space for the Brady bunch plus the whole house is DOUBLE insulated too.
Off to the left of this is the formal dining area and the adults lounge area/ Walking on further is the office/nursery and master bedroom. The master bedroom has fantastic views, reverse cycle air con, ceiling fan and a walk through built in robe that takes you through to the beautiful bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles.
Off to the right is the laundry, bathroom with wall to floor tiles and a bath then there is the 3 bedrooms all with ceiling fans and 2 with built in robes.
Walking out into the back yard you are enticed to walk the full length creeper lined arbour that will take you to the gazebo and MORE beautiful views and native gardens.
Lastly how can go past the huge paved driveway that takes you to the 9m x 6m double sliding door, powered shed. Now all you need to add is the kids and the dog!

Kalbarri is a coastal resort and fishing town, 589 km north north west of Perth. It is located at the mouth of the Murchison River, the area becoming popular in the late 1940s as a tourist and fishing resort. In 1948 the government decided to declare a townsite here, and following the survey of lots the townsite was gazetted in 1951.
The name of Kalbarri was chosen from a list of Aboriginal words compiled by Daisy Bates in 1913. It is a man's name from a Murchison tribe, and also the name of an edible seed. The Aboriginal name for the area of Kalbarri has been recorded as "Wurdimarlu".
