It is well-appointed with a 6-burner gas cooktop, 900mm oven, dishwasher, and ample storage. From here, a walk-through layout past the fridge recess leads to the rear butler's bench and additional cabinetry, complemented by a feature window overlooking the side of the property with established vines. The laundry is discreetly positioned behind the kitchen, maintaining a practical and efficient layout.
Outdoor living is catered for with a covered alfresco area under an extended patio roof, providing a sheltered space for year-round entertaining. The aggregate hardstand is a standout feature, flowing seamlessly from the side access parking area for a boat, caravan or trailer and wrapping around to the rear of the property, maximising the usability of the compact yard.
The rear yard itself is designed for minimal maintenance, with simple boundary landscaping that adds greenery and texture while remaining easy to manage. A small garden shed further enhances practicality, while the overall outdoor space is private, functional, and exceptionally easy to manage.
Ideally positioned, the home is within an easy 1km walk of the beautiful Dunsborough beachfront, the vibrant Dunsborough town centre, and the renowned Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club, placing some of the area's best lifestyle amenities right on your doorstep.

The townsite of Dunsborough is located on the coast, 12 kilometres southeast of Cape Naturaliste and approximately 19 kilometres of Busselton. It was gazetted as a Townsite in 1879, but land for a townsite was set aside here in the late 1830's, and there is a recorded whale fishery at "Dunsbro" in 1850.
Dunsborough is located adjacent to Dunn Bay from which it derives its name. The bay is believed to have been named by Governor James Stirling , March 1830, whilst on the "Eagle" carrying out a survey of Geographe Bay. It is named after Captain Richard Dalling Dunn, under whom Stirling served on the "Hibernia"120 and the "Armide"38 in 1810-1811 (Stirling named a number of features in Western Australia after naval officers under whom he served or was associated with) When Dunsborough first appeared on a map in 1839 it was spelt "Dunnsbro" but the extra n appears to have disappeared by 1850, and the spelling of "bro" was amended to "borough"when the name was gazetted in 1879.
