Simply Enchanting !

STYLE FILE | pretty, delightful, playful, romantic, eclectic, XFACTOR
HOME OFFICE | options for a stunner home office, remedial massage etc
RESIDENCE | architect designed, built in 1991, special !
DELECTABLE GARDENS | so pretty with deciduous and delightful plantings
SUIT | families, discerning couples or a generous downsizer

Historic Wheelwright Road offers up this property which will take your mind to a beautiful place. The anticipation builds as you enter the front gate and wander past the half COURT and immaculate GARDENS dripping with deciduous and delightful plantings to reveal the pretty secluded residence.

This ENCHANTING property could host the most elegant weddings, delicate afternoon teas or pulsating parties on a private eco-system of 1900sqm.

The semi 2 storey residence is a delight and features beautiful cedar windows, high ceilings and charm.

For my mind, the Dining Room is particularly exquisite ! With French Doors to the verandah, it would make a STUNNER HOME OFFICE or remedial massage, consulting etc (sta).

What a beautiful property to raise children or have grand-children visit. The romantics among us may picture them in crinoline dresses playing badminton on the half court or croquet on the manicured lawn. The realists may see cricket, basketball, tennis and soccer on the paved half-court. The Pandora's Loft PLAY ROOM near their Bedrooms will provide a 'secret' haven for their indoor adventures.

We also have the perfect spot for a swimming pool if you desire and I expect you would not require a rock breaker !

If you are seeking SPECIAL, I would recommend your early attention. Please call Pamela Abraham on 0409 581 008 for more information or to book your inspection.

This property enjoys a desirable location on historic Wheelwright Road with close proximity to highly regarded Mazenod College, St Brigids College, Lesmurdie Primary School, Bus Services, Sporting Complex and Shops.

Lesmurdie overview

Like Kalamunda, the development of the "Lesmurdie" area is closely tied to the exploitation of the Jarrah forest in the region by the Canning Jarrah Timber Company Ltd. In 1897, Mr Archibald Sanderson, a Perth journalist commenced the acquisition of a number of these properties, with a view to building up a "rural retreat" and he named his property "Lesmurdie". Lesmurdie Cottage was a shooting-box in Banffshire, Scotland, near Dufftown and was let to Mr Sanderson's father for shooting. It was in memory of this cottage that Sanderson applied the name to his property.

Life in Lesmurdie
