What we love
Enjoying the best of both worlds by being nestled at the prestigious top of a cul-de-sac – and on a spacious corner block – in sought-after “Harbour Rise”, this magnificent 5 bedroom 3 bathroom tri-level family home is a true masterpiece of architecture and commands attention with its presence. It also offers an unparalleled vista of the crystal-clear Indian Ocean waters, stretching from Hillarys Boat Harbour to Rottnest Island, Fremantle and even Ocean Reef. Step through the double timber and leadlight-panelled doors into a porcelain-tiled foyer, where lofted ceilings and a stunning chandelier greet you.
The ground level unfolds with grace and functionality, featuring a spacious study/office, an elegant formal lounge and dining area and a massive vogue kitchen adorned with sparkling "Black Pearl Sheen" granite bench tops and quality Miele appliances. The open-plan living and meals space seamlessly connects with the lush gardens outside, providing a tranquil escape at the very same time. As you ascend the spectacular granite, timber and wrought-iron staircase to the second level, anticipation builds.
Here, a sumptuous master-bedroom suite awaits, boasting its own private balcony that overlooks the azure expanse of the deep blue sea An opulent ensuite beckons with twin “his and hers” vanities set in marble bench tops – and a bubbling circular spa bath, while a second kitchen caters to convenience. But the pinnacle awaits within the tower on the third level — a fully-equipped home theatre featuring remote-controlled velvet-wrap curtains, a built-in wet bar and sweeping 360-degree panoramic ocean and district views. Immerse yourself in the cinematic experience amidst timber flooring and a fibre-optic "Cloud Ceiling", enveloped by the beauty of the surroundings.
Outdoors, there is a built-in barbecue to the main covered alfresco-entertaining area, with a separate gazebo in the garden providing some extra space for all involved. The double lock-up garage downstairs benefits from a handy internal shopper’s entry door. This is not just a residence – it's a testament to luxury living.

Hillarys is an outer-northern suburb of Perth bound by the Indian Ocean. The suburb is six square kilometres in size and is a residential area with commercial sectors in its northeast and significant parklands along the coast. Hillarys' growth was minimal until the 1970s and it wasn't until the 1980s through to the 1990s that rapid growth occurred.
Arguably the most notable feature of Hillarys is its boat harbour. A crowd-pleaser for both locals and visitors alike, the large marina and tourist development is home to bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping facilities, accommodation, kid-friendly activities and plenty of attractions. Also in the suburb are several parks and walkways, Westfield Whitford City Shopping Centre, Hillarys Shopping Centre, a ferry terminal to Rottnest Island and a local primary and high school.
