SOLD - Your Future Awaits You:

41 Anderson Road is a cut above the rest. With a commanding elevated street presence, limestone retaining and manicured gardens from the onset you can tell that this home is going to be truly awesome. AND IT IS! Renovated and improved from the ground up and feature packed with additions that you and the family are set to love. This is a property that will make you proud to call home.

Inside you will appreciate the level of work that has been done and the attention to detail that has been paid by previous owners. This home was a labour of love. Thoroughly updated and up spec'd throughout, with like new floating flooring in the living areas, a fully tilled modern bathroom and a great chef's kitchen in the heart of the home. There is a stone benchtop, built in dishwasher, oven, range hood and hotplates plus plenty of storage for your needs. This area has split system air conditioning for both heating and cooling, TWO sky lights for bright living, roller shutters for insulation and security plus a coded alarm system.

All three bedrooms are comfortable, and the master has its own roller shutter and separate split system AC. Here your family will enjoy both peace, comfort and privacy for many years to come.

I can already hear you asking, "But Alex, what about the backyard?".
Set on a 703 sqm block this estate makes use of almost every square meter available. There's a secure single carport that provides access through to a huge, powered workshop. There are multiple entertaining patios including an awesome gable addition and if you need extra sheltered living space one of the patios has been enclosed for versatile use. My personal favourite feature is a collection of large established fruit trees that will provide the green thumbs with years of joy. There is an Imperial Mandarin, Washington Naval Orange, Eureka Lemon (fruits all year round), two Plum Tree's, Granny Smith Apples, Pink Lady Apples, Fuji Pear and a triple grafted Nectarine! All the hard work here has already been done!

Bonus Features Packed:
- Three bedrooms and one renovated bathroom
- Open plan central living with a newly revamped and updated kitchen
- Extended secondary living space
- BIG gable patio and extra outdoor living space

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.

Life in Forrestfield

Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.

There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the  Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
