This beaut 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is in fantastic location on an amazing block and will not last.
Quietly tucked away in one of Lesmurdie "secret streets" this property has much to offer - Close to schools, shops and transport for starters, couple that with an easy care "flat and useable" block of 1012 (full quarter acre) the property features an enviable parking area (carport" and also a workshop for the handyperson in the family.
The house is very well presented and has immediate "street appeal" inside its had some renovations but the opportunity is there to finish the job and turn it into your very own palace. Spacious enough with 4 bedrooms (2 with robes) and split system air conditioning there is an additional split system servicing the main dining and living area in this area there is also an open fireplace unused for some time but waiting to be fired up again!
The kitchen enjoys a lovely outlook through to the back yard and has gas (bottled) cooktop and electric oven. There is plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen and the house itself has plenty of storage.
The gardens are delightful and are reticulated, this is the ideal property for a family with kids or dogs or chooks or whatever.

Like Kalamunda, the development of the "Lesmurdie" area is closely tied to the exploitation of the Jarrah forest in the region by the Canning Jarrah Timber Company Ltd. In 1897, Mr Archibald Sanderson, a Perth journalist commenced the acquisition of a number of these properties, with a view to building up a "rural retreat" and he named his property "Lesmurdie". Lesmurdie Cottage was a shooting-box in Banffshire, Scotland, near Dufftown and was let to Mr Sanderson's father for shooting. It was in memory of this cottage that Sanderson applied the name to his property.
The suburb has two shopping centres in the area including Lesmurdie Village on Sanderson Road and the Lesmurdie Road Shopping Centre on the corner of Rooth Rd and Lesmurdie Rd. There are three primary schools including Lesmurdie Primary School, Falls Road Primary School and St Brigid's, and also three high schools including Lesmurdie Senior High School, Mazenod College for boys and St Brigid's College for girls.
