AN AMAZING PLACE TO LIVE

This is an absolutely awesome place to be! Such a pretty picture from every angle, this home is delightfully designed and perfectly located. If there weren't so many reasons to love it the outlook from the back that would justify the move in and of itself, it's all perfectly presented in this marvellous home.

INSIDE
The home features three living spaces. The kitchen is at the hub of it all with a huge breakfast bar and a very practical design. The kitchen overlooks the main meals area and over the sunken living room and across the backyard. The sunken living room is perfectly positioned to take in the beautiful sunsets and offers a delightful outlook throughout the day. It opens out onto the patio and is really a marvellous part of the entertaining qualities in this home. It's a great everyday living space and will almost certainly be the centre of day-to-day activity. The lounge room at the front is a peaceful and quiet space, separated from the main living area. It is adjacent to the master bedroom and serves as somewhat of a retreat for those whose name is most likely to be on the title. The master bedroom features an ensuite and a walk-in robe and really is a beautiful tranquil space. The secondary bedrooms all feature built-in robes. Two of them have great views. You'll see in the picture the room currently featuring a treadmill is sure to be hot property in your family. At the moment is serves as a gym with a view, but the choice is yours.

Everything in this home is immaculately presented and there is good storage throughout as well. The property features ducted cooling.

OUTSIDE
Living here you will have many options for where to relax. You can relax out the back and enjoy the sunset from the patio where you can position yourself to take in the view. You can enjoy some time on the beautiful green lawns of the lower level of the garden, or you can enjoy the cool of the day in summer alongside the water feature in the beautifully shaded front courtyard.

This home has a real sense of peace and tranquillity about it and arriving here kind of feels like you've just stared a holiday. I've never lived here but I'd venture to say that it's like that every day.

WHERE IT IS
Set in the Kelmscott Hills with beautiful trees whichever way you look, it really is a magnificent position. While it seems so quiet and serene, it is also remarkably easy to get around here. You have public transport available just around the corner and you can even walk to the valley restaurants if you feel up for an evening stroll. As peaceful and beautiful as it is here, you are also just a few minutes away from the Kelmscott town centre with all its shops, cafes, gyms and facilities that make modern life easy.
