Need Room for the Caravan

This modern family home in a very secluded estate of Old Australind sits on 727m2 land and is quite the surprise. Wide street frontage roughly 22m allowed for extra room to park boats and caravans out the front yard but also side access to the workshop at the rear.
This home really packs a punch with a lot of extras like Air Conditioning, wood tile fire, ceiling fans, 900mm stainless steel cooking appliances, quality light fittings, extra bench space in the laundry and the list goes on.
The home features open plan living/meals dining, a separate theatre room, a great sized master bedroom with walk in robes and ensuite. The minor bedrooms also of a good size with a built in robe, quality carpets and window treatments.
Outside is where the entertaining will happen in this home with a large gabled roof patio fully concreted all the way to the workshop. There is also plenty of rear yard for the kids and the dog to play and run around all day long. This location is close to a couple of primary schools and high school and right in the middle of Australind Shopping and Treendale Shopping Centers, the spud shed, the Leschenault Recreational Center and the Leschenault Estuary if you are a boatie/fisherman.
The home is currently tenanted until 30th June 2022, so notice to view is required and would make the perfect investment property as this tenant would love to stay.
