Set on the side of the hill, with views over the beautiful Brookton Valley and a sun drenched northerly aspect sits this brilliant family home. Positioned in a quiet culdesac, its super private and set amongst the trees the home has been finished in dark moody tones, cutting a striking pose against the backdrop of Speckled Gums. An incredible ultra high spec 9x9 metre workshop has been recently built and finished in the same colour of the home and for the serious tradie or enthusiast, it's one heck of a setup.
The home boasts a simple and stylish floorplan with a large open plan living space boasting raked ceilings with a sunken lounge to the front with sleek Bamboo floors, fresh interior colour tones and timber lined ceilings. There's a wood fire as well as reverse cycle air/con keeping the home at the right temp year round. The kitchen is spacious with a natural edge Marri breakfast bar and heaps of bench and cupboard space. There's a huge walk in pantry off the kitchen and laundry with both these rooms needing minor work to finish off.
The indoor living spaces all offer the best valley views with the warm winter sun streaming in over the cooler months and seamlessly flow out onto the large decked area, the perfect place to kick back and relax with friends and fam. A large patio makes sure that its comfortable year round. There are 3 bedrooms with the master suite to the end of the home boasting a large ensuite and a great size walk in robe. The secondary bedrooms are super cool, each with its own staircase that leads to an interconnecting landing and little activity room between the two kids rooms.
The half acre is easy care with established trees, room for the kids to roam and explore and as well as a small pool to keep cool. The workshop that's been recently built is one of the very best I've seen! 9x9 metres in size with a large double remote door as well as a single with super high clearance and loads of natural light with highlights windows.
This is one really cool home situated in the most scenic pocket of the Kelmscott Hills and with the ever changing Brookton Valley as a backdrop it's a special piece of real estate!

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
Though close to the lively Armadale City Centre, Kelmscott is a quiet suburb nestled among the numerous parks and reserves that pepper its landscape. The Kelmscott Town Centre is the main commercial sector with the Kelmscott Plaza and Stargate Kelmscott Shopping Centre all located here. There is also a railway station and four local schools in Kelmscott.
