So appealing! The hallmarks of this 1960's CLASSIC cottage include gleaming solid timber JARRAH floors, french doors and high ceilings located on a 981sqm block in a petite cul-de-sac fringing the highly desirable Orange Valley.
The large Living Room with gleaming jarrah floors is just the place to curl up with that good book and watch the rain and mist through beautiful picture windows.
Many cottages feel a bit dark and gloomy, not the case here, light and fresh and lovely leaving you feeling cosy and comfy !
Back in the day, we did not have Portico's or Entry's we had a Porch and this delightful elevated front porch beckons you for a refreshing iced tonic at the end of the day !
DARE TO DREAM?
Don't want a cookie cutter? Fremantle or Subiaco inspired? It is possible that the new custodians may be folk looking for a cottage that is positioned perfectly on the block with enough room to add their dream extension at the rear, filled with light and space while keeping the traditional cottage facade. This could be just that property! All subject to relevant approvals. There are plenty of examples in Fremantle, Subiaco or West Leederville to inspire you. Check out if the HomeBuilder (includes significant extensions) Government Grant might assist you.
The generous structured rear yard is great for entertaining, kiddies and pet play or adding additional infrastructure ie the big extension or granny flat (subject to the relevant approvals).
Rear access is provided to the powered BRICK WORKSHOP (~6 x 7m) which has options for garaging, a teenagers retreat or man cave.
