Over 55's Living Within a Bush Setting!

Open for buyer appointments only.

We all reach a point in our lives where our priorities undergo a significant shift. Where we focus on working less (or not at all!) and instead spend our time on activities we truly love, whether they be lifelong hobbies or newly discovered interests. And so it makes sense that our surroundings should mirror that lifestyle change. This gorgeous, low-maintenance villa is located in the sought-after Hilltop Grove Estate, and it's exactly the right place to be if you're semi-retired, retired, or empty nesters. If you are downsizing off a larger Hills property then one of the main features here is the lovely bush setting directly behind which can be viewed from the living area and main bedroom.

Despite not being a sprawling property, there is plentiful space here for all your storage and living needs. From the practical (built-in robes, a generous pantry) to the enjoyable (a fabulous paved entertaining area), this home is the perfect blend of comfort, sophistication, and versatility. Spend time in the pretty gardens and add your own favourite plants into the mix, relax under the cool of the ducted air conditioning when Perth summers get a bit too warm, or set up the study nook for work or play. And don't forget the joys to be found beyond your front door, as there's a community centre within the estate that features a gym, music room, kitchen, and lounge.

Mundaring overview

Permanent settlement in Mundaring began in 1882-84 when Mr Peter Gugeri established a vineyard south of the Eastern Railway. The first railway siding at Mundaring was named after him and for some years the area was generally known as "Gugeris". A later settler, M H Jacoby, took over Gugeris' vineyards in 1893, and named the business the "Mundaring Vineyard Company". The name came from an Aboriginal camp situated nearby and the meaning given to Jacoby by the aborigines was "a high place on a high place". The correct pronunciation was "Mundahring" but common usage has gradually converted this to "Mundairing".
