What we love
Nestled just a few doors up from Star Swamp’s majestic “Class A” Bushland Reserve and only walking distance away from the beach as well, this neat and tidy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single-level residence enjoys the best of both worlds from its tranquil position at the rear, down the driveway. There is also plenty of scope to add your own personal modern touches throughout, even beyond a carpeted formal front lounge and dining space that welcomes you inside. Charming slate floor tiles grace an expansive open-plan family, kitchen and meals area where split-system air-conditioning and gas-bayonet heating meet double sinks, a gas cooktop, separate oven, a microwave nook and more.

The pick of the sleeping quarters is a huge master-bedroom retreat with its own split-system air-conditioning unit, full-height mirrored built-in wardrobes and an intimate ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, vanity and separate bath. At the rear and off the main living zone, a lovely paved courtyard encourages outdoor entertaining in complete serenity, surrounded only by birdlife, leafy gardens and plenty of shade from the neighbouring trees. It’s your secret escape to serene seclusion.

What to know
Extras include a front security door, a gas bayonet in the front lounge room, carpet in all of the bedrooms, built-in minor-bedroom robes, a practical main bathroom with a separate bath and shower, a separate laundry with external access for drying, a double lock-up garage and established gardens all round.

Bushland walking trails and seaside cycle paths aside, you will absolutely fall in love with this delightful property’s very close proximity to cafes, restaurants, medical facilities and bus stops along the vibrant Flora Terrace strip around the corner. The North Beach Shopping Centre and North Beach Primary School are also nearby, as are the Our Lady of Grace Primary School, the spectacular Charles Riley Memorial Reserve playing fields, Trigg Point, public and private golf courses, the new-look Karrinyup Shopping Centre complex, the freeway, other top educational facilities and even Hillarys Boat Harbour, a little further north.

The perfect blend of lifestyle and location awaits you within these walls. Hurry though, before it’s too late.

North Beach overview

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.

Life in North Beach

Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
