This is a rare find in Clifton Hills; it's 5 x 2, but it's also a 3x1 plus a 2x1… that's right, we've got us a granny flat!
Check out the floor plan in the photo reel and see how awesome this layout is.
LIVING HERE
This is just pristine. Immaculately maintained by the same owners for almost 30 years. This has been lovingly cared for since the start.
Beginning with what was already a good-sized family home, the addition of a granny flat under the main roof has made it one of the most fantastic big family designs anywhere in these hills.
Instead of reading endless words as I try to describe how this home functions, check out the floor plan and see it for yourself. What I will say is that the living space is big, the build quality is excellent, and there is just so much to like about what's happening here.
While everything is under the main roof, there is still a great sense of privacy that can be achieved between the two parts of the home. The laundry is the common access point, so you can have your end of the house, they can have their end of the house, and if y'all need some privacy, you can have it. There is a common courtyard area between the two parts of the house, so while you can have distinction and boundaries between the two sections of the home, it maintains an appealing sense of togetherness if you want it to. It's extraordinarily versatile.
The outdoor living spaces are lovely, with the front portion of the home having access to the courtyard area as well as a very large deck at the front of the property. The gardens are beautifully established and create a real sense of privacy with how this garden has been designed. The granny flat enjoys an outlook across the back garden. From a practical perspective, there is heaps of parking and a storage shed at the back of the house.
WHERE IT IS
It's a fantastic home, and it's an absolutely awesome location. Clifton Hills is a brilliant place to live, and this position has you within very easy walking distance of the highly regarded Clifton Hills Primary School. It's also just a short stroll to the Pink Deli Cafe, bus stop, and acres and acres of playing fields at Frye Park. If you want to get back to nature, we're at the foot of the Banyowla Regional Park with trails that wind through this stunning natural reserve and views that can stop you in your tracks. It's a prime location.
