Modern Coastal Quality in its Finest Form

What we love
With no more than a few minutes separating its front doorstep from Mettams Pool, Hamersley Pool and a stunning stretch of beach in between, this immaculate 4 bedroom 2 bathroom residence is in the perfect position for its occupants to enjoy executive low-maintenance family living of the highest calibre. The hub of the house is downstairs where gleaming wooden floorboards grace a spacious open-plan family, dining and kitchen area with high ceilings, stylish light fittings (kitchen), sparkling stone bench tops, ample storage cabinetry, cupboards and shelving, a host of top-end integrated Miele cooking appliances, an integrated dishwasher, a walk-in pantry/scullery and more. Upstairs, a carpeted retreat doubles personal living options and services the minor sleeping quarters at the same time.

At the rear, sliding-stacker doors off the main living space reveal a fabulous full-width entertaining alfresco with outdoor audio speakers, two ceiling fans, protective shade blinds, a strip of lush green lawn and a picturesque backdrop that is a shimmering below-ground swimming pool. Relax and unwind right next to the pool and without a worry in the world, with a delightful poolside courtyard in the corner protected by tall easy-care garden beds and extra-high walls and fencing for complete backyard privacy. This is just about as good as it gets.

What to know
The laundry is separate, whilst the pick of the bedrooms is a large carpeted ground-floor master suite with a ceiling fan and a sumptuous ensuite bathroom – circular rain shower, heat lamps, “his and hers” twin stone vanities and all. Upstairs, the three carpeted minor bedrooms share ceiling fans, full-height mirrored built-in robes and splendid tree-lined views from their respective windows, whilst being serviced by a sleek main family bathroom with a shower, separate bathtub and twin stone vanities in between. Extras include a double lock-up garage, generous built-in downstairs storage, ducted air-conditioning, feature down lighting, quality glass pool fencing and neatly-tended front-yard lawns.

Make the Kitchener Street Deli your local go-to for a coffee and newspaper, with the sprawling Charles Riley Memorial Reserve playing fields only walking distance away, just like the majestic Trigg Bushland Reserve in the opposite direction. This sublime property is close to cafes and restaurants at Trigg Point, St Mary’s Anglican Girls’ School, bus stops, golf courses, other excellent educational facilities, the new-look Karrinyup Shopping Centre, the freeway and more. It’s safe to say that the word “impressive” is an understatement, here.

North Beach overview

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.

Life in North Beach

Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
