A Once In A Lifetime Opportunity

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to buy the home you have always wanted or to have as an investment.

Interest rates are at record low levels which means owning your home could cost less than renting.
Property prices are stable and more affordable than ever and the first home owner assistance with stamp duty and other government incentives makes it even more affordable.

So what are you waiting for....this home comes with

4 bedrooms (bir in main bedroom)
2 bathrooms
Remote control lock up garage
Workshop with power and drive through access
Split system heating and cooling
Alarm
2 drive ways
And the list goes on and on

The big 681sqm block means there could be potential to take advantage of the government grants if the criteria is met and build a granny flat (subject to council approval) so think of the added value that could bring.

Best of all, the hard work has been done which makes this home ready for you to move into straight away, so no waiting.

It is perfectly located close to the primary school, parks, recreational facilities, shops, transport and the beach.

So come along to view this home in person and make an offer........you just never know.

Merriwa overview

The name originally proposed for this suburb by the Shire of Wanneroo was 'Hester' after one of the first land owners in the vicinity. This was approved in 1980, but the name was opposed by Australia Post on account of duplication. Because of this the Shire of Wanneroo proposed the name Merriwa (an Aboriginal word for 'a good place'). The name was approved in 1980.
