This three-bedroom home has been maintained to a great standard. Set on a 688sqm block, it is immaculate inside and out.
INSIDE
The kitchen and meals area are light and bright and overlook the back patio and garden. It's all quite original but its spotlessly clean and very nice indeed. The front lounge room is the main living space and has a wood fire. It's a perfectly cosy place to unwind and relax. The main bedroom is at the front of the home and features a built-in robe recess. The secondary bedrooms are at the back of the home, both adjacent to the bathroom. The back bedroom overlooks the garden and with the beautiful established trees it is a very pretty place to look at.
OUTSIDE
Yes that very pretty place to look at, is a very pretty place to be. There is so much space to enjoy and it is fully fenced making it safe for kids and pets to roam around all day. The shed has been lined internally with Gyprock walls and ceilings and is a fantastic hobby space for whatever activity you want.
WHERE IT IS
It is remarkably close to everything and in walking distance to Kelmscott senior high school and Challis train station. It is an easy place to live and an easy place to get around.

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
Though close to the lively Armadale City Centre, Kelmscott is a quiet suburb nestled among the numerous parks and reserves that pepper its landscape. The Kelmscott Town Centre is the main commercial sector with the Kelmscott Plaza and Stargate Kelmscott Shopping Centre all located here. There is also a railway station and four local schools in Kelmscott.
