Located within the most popular estate in Forrestfield, The Hales, means that when you make 34 Gala Way your own it's not just a home you're buying, but a lifestyle. There is a reason this is the most highly coveted location in the suburb and if you haven't experienced it yet, we encourage you to come and take a walk around the new pristine streets, test out the beautiful parks, and soak in the tranquil surrounds.
And once you've done that, now all we need to do is to make sure you love the home too, and we think you will!
Built in 2018, and located on one of the larger blocks in the estate, number 34 Gala Way is a spacious 4x2 with all the perks you expect of a young and vibrant home.
It has 175 sqm of internal living area, and this isn't even including the spacious high clearance double garage or the double sized alfresco entertaining area either
The master bedroom is luxurious, with views to the Kalamunda hills, room for the biggest bed you could want, a spacious walk-in wardrobe and of course, a double ensuite!
All other bedrooms are a great size and one of them has a walk-in robe too.
The spacious kitchen forms the central heart of the home, and overlooks the open plan dining and living zones, plus looks out to that double sized alfresco (which is plumbed and ready for an outdoor kitchenette too!)
There is a huge theatre room, which is presently an office/kids play room as it's big enough to be 2 things at once!
This is a gorgeous home, in the greatest of neighbourhoods and definitely one where you will be proud to raise your family for years to come

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
