The search is over - at last you've found a supersized and perfectly presented rural residential property in the ever-popular lifestyle location of North Dandalup which comprises a whopping 4.7 acres / 1.9 hectares of elevated, well-drained and superbly developed acreage for your endless enjoyment.
One of only 4 established blocks occupying this extensive land area in these highly regarded lifestyle estates within 15 minutes of the Mandurah foreshore. The moment to 'jump' at the opportunity is here for the taking, and with all the desirable benefits you have dreamed of, in a 'move-straight-in' package - you quite honestly couldn't go close to replacing what's on offer here today.
Positioned on a corner block and availing of a privately screened southern boundary with a gorgeous native vegetation buffer the answer to your critical question is 'yes' this block maintains good drainage even in the wettest winters.
The residence:
Commanding a cleverly elevated envelope and spanning some 230 sqm of internal living area, this modern and tastefully appointed family home is positioned to capitalise on the picturesque 'large-lot' aspects from it's expansive open-planned living area.
The main bedroom suite sits privately to the western end of the home with direct access to the all-weather alfresco and swimming pool, also incorporating a generous ensuite bathroom complete with a deep-soaking bath tub, double showers and separate w/c.
King-sized secondary bedrooms embrace the eastern frontage of the home with extended verandahs shading the dual full height windows, streaming sunlight and greenery. Another clever design idea provides a sparkling family bathroom adjoining the laundry with walk-in-linen storage.
Entertaining with ample space, or co-habitating in harmony is celebrated here in the open-planned family space with a focal piece (and acreage essential) wood-burning fireplace, galley-style modern kitchen, enormous walk-in-pantry and plenty of space left over for dediecated dining.
The private alfresco with all-weather outdoor blinds and screened swimming pool encourages both entertaining options and intimate 'dips' alike. When the clouds have cleared on starry nights, you'll love hosting cosy gatherings around the dedicated fire-pit, roasting marshmallows and enjoying the peaceful serenity of the landscapes.
The great outdoors:
Developed and constantly improved since inception - everything about the fencing, shelters, establishment of maturing trees and separation of paddocks, speaks of premium quality from the moment you enter the front gates.
No expense has been spared, nor shortcuts taken, in the provision of rotational paddocks and electric fencing for the horse lovers (or sheep), two quality shelters and one with a yard plus enclosed feed/tack room makes sensible management a breeze.
There's a licensed bore for irrigation of a considerable portion of the land, and the hard-yards of sprinkler installation are complete for keeping the surrounds lush, green and productive all year round.
For those who dream of riding on their own property - we've got you covered there as well, courtesy of a fenced, riversand dressage arena embracing the native buffer at the southern boundary.
The shed (arguably the 'most important' bit):
You've got to have a decent shed on a property this big, and that's exactly what you'll find here - spanning approximately 16m x 10m this 'American barn-style' shed has great clearance through the centre for a hoist (if that's your flavour) but could also be configured to incorporate some stables if required.
Bring the toys, the cars, the caravans - whatever you need a big shed for is provided with suitable scale.

The townsite of North Dandalup is located in the south west, 71 km south of Perth and 16 km north east of Pinjarra. It is located adjacent to the North Dandalup River, from which it derives its name. Dandalup is an Aboriginal name, having been shown on maps of the area since 1835. The meaning of the name is not known.
The townsite is situated on the South Western Railway, and North Dandalup was included as a stopping place in timetables of 1894. Land around the siding was privately owned and subdivided, but a schoolsite was set aside in 1899, and a hall and recreation ground in 1915. In 1932 the North Dandalup Prescribed Area was declared, and then in 1972 the area was gazetted a townsite.
