This just has to be the one! Not only is this spacious family home absolutely gorgeous throughout, but it also sits on one of the best lots in one of the most beautiful streets in Forrestfield! Here you have a combo of open grass spaces, mature trees, a creek with ducks and a little bridge which leads the way to Dawson Gardens Nursery (where you can enjoy a coffee in the little café within which is also one of the oldest buildings in Forrestfield).

So, based on location alone you're onto a winner, but let's now take a look at number 34

Built in the year 2000, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom property, has been recently updated with new flooring, LED downlights and some really top quality kitchen appliances. Multiple living areas include front and rear lounge areas, separate dining, theatre room, and an all seasons patio entertainment area! What's more, the corner block position means you can enjoy parties under the patio.

The spacious master bedroom and the front lounge both offer stunning views to the park across the road, the perfect way to start your mornings. And the houses on the other side in yet another stunning street, are not so far that you feel isolated, but far enough to give you a sense of space and privacy.

The double garage has a shoppers door for convenience, and side access could easily be made possible if required, you need only swap a fence panel for a gate right into your tranquil backyard. There are café blinds around the patio offering shelter in the cooler or windier months, so it is pretty much a perfect place to relax throughout the year.
You know how it is at the moment, the best homes don't wait around. So please make sure you come and see this one ASAP, and secure your future in one of the best parts of this entire suburb.

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.

Life in Forrestfield

Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the  Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
