THE ONLY PLACE YOU'LL WANT TO BE

Well, isn't this something special? Where else can you find, so much living packed in to one place. Whether you're living inside or outside, wherever you are at this beautiful property there will be no desire to be anywhere, but there.

INSIDE
This beautifully designed and well-presented four-bedroom, two-bathroom home has fantastic living spaces that offer a tremendously comfortable lifestyle. The kitchen has soaring high ceilings and it's at the heart of everything. The business of the day centres around this beautiful and inviting space. The kitchen features awesome workspace and great storage. The large island bench is also the breakfast bar and you can see how convenient this space will be for family living. The meals area is adjacent to the kitchen and there is a lovely family room within this space too. At the front of the home is the large lounge room with plenty of space for larger furniture styles. It's a very enjoyable part of the home to be in, somewhat a retreat from the busyness of the main living area. The main bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and walk-in-robe and the secondary rooms also feature built-in-robes. Wherever you are in this home there is something to look at. The master bedroom overlooks the front garden. The "garden room" the bedroom in the back left of the house, overlooks the garden and pool and even the other two bedrooms overlook the shaded garden along the other side of the home. This is one seriously impressive place to live but there more to it than the house.

OUTSIDE
These gardens are creatively designed and beautifully planned. There is an absolute abundance of beauty in this space. Throughout the whole year something is happening, flowers blooming, leaves changing colour, fruit growing. There is always something to see in this marvellous space. The property is fully fenced and once you are behind the boundary, every square metre of this stunning property has something to offer. There is a bore, so keeping this wonderland healthy and green is simple.

Down the back there is a chook pen and awesome veggie patch. It's all well established and there is so much to just start enjoying. The limestone workshop is awesome and could easily be a studio if not a shed. It is a real feature within this gorgeous garden. The pool is well positioned to not impact on the garden space but to really feature in the entertaining that is sure to take place in the warmer months. Being here is a truly awesome experience and when you're home, you'll feel completely removed from the realities of everyday life.

THE REALITIES OF EVERYDAY LIFE
Whilst you might feel removed from them, reality be what reality be. You need to get around, you need to do stuff and it's all within easy reach of this property. It's walking distance of the train station, schools, day care and shopping centres. Life here is extremely convenient but if you were plonked into this location and never seen your surrounds, you could have no idea that you were in the heart of suburbia.
