W O W !!
All I can say is stop looking, as this home has it all. . .
Why would you think about building when this immaculate 2011 summit home has everything and boy oh boy do I mean everything!
From the road the slightly undulating block is private and hidden away from today's busy world. The double aggregate drive leads to the double garage and the third caravan garage as well, then leading down the side of the home to the powered 6 x 6 metre workshop at the rear, with room for another caravan, boat, and more!!

The lawn looks false, no it is just so well maintained, even the gardens, green lush and all low maintenance fully reticulated from your own bore.
Walk in the double front entrance, the recessed ceiling greets you, then you will notice, the hard wearing, easy care vinyl plank flooring that flows throughout the living areas.
The study nook area is quite spacious and amply big enough to run a home business from, as you will see!

Tucked behind the garage, helping with the acoustics the huge theatre room with double door entry will not doubt be well used.
Then the spacious open plan living, lots of space and light with LED down lights all through as well, but the house plan works well as your eyes are drawn instantly through the sliding door at the rear to the huge alfresco that stretches across the rear of the home and looks over the deep blue waters of the below ground pool and the tall trees in the distance.... Just breathtaking!!

Off to the right the kitchen. . Oh I want one of these! Stunning Corian waterfall bench top, a contrast to the timber look cabinetry, Just beautiful! Lots of storage, overhead cupboards, stainless steel appliances, including oven, dishwasher and range hood, even an under bench microwave shelf tucked out of site. At the end a huge walk in pantry with the fridge also out of site, the space is amazing for those that love to entertain a door from the kitchen straight out to the alfresco. And also the laundry is conveniently tucked behind the kitchen with big walk in linen, also 3rd toilet giving you access outside from the pool area.

The minor bedrooms, well sorry that's a lie big enough to hold queen, even a king size bed, all boast double sliding door robes, and are located at the front of the home, with easy access to the big bright white tiled bathroom.
Then leaving the huge master suite tucked at the rear of the home, with a sliding door out to the alfresco area. Huge walk in his and hers robes on the way through to the expansive ensuite, boasting double vanities, separate w/c and screened shower.

Now that brings me back to the back yard.... oh what a yard it is, 1394m2 in total with the most amazing below ground pool, the yard is securely fenced for the sake of children and pets.

This home has so much to offer, along with solar panels, ducted reverse cycle air, Tassie oak skirting boards, outside speakers, outdoor weather safe blinds, even piping ready to heat pool if you want to add solar, nothing has been left to chance, except relocating owners. . so here is your chance to just move in and light the BBQ, Oh did I forget to mention it stays!
