Number 32 Hale Rd is the perfect investment, and I can tell you why; not only does it achieve a great rental yield from a tenant signed up to May 2022, but it also offers some brilliant development options too. The 795 sqm with R20/40 zoning means that you will have the potential for a 3 unit site, or a great 2 unit retain and build development, and even a two-storey apartment complex is an option!
All this in a neighbourhood showing high potential for growth, with all main connecting roads either recently upgraded or in the process of being upgraded, super easy access to the airport WITHOUT being under a flight path, and easy public transport connectivity (about to get even better when the almost finished Airport Link train station project is completed).
The home is only 400 metres away from the upgraded Hawaiians Forrestfield shopping centre, as well as being near some great public and private schools too. The asking price is also super reasonable when you consider many similar properties on smaller blocks have been selling for more in recent weeks.
So with a great rental yield, in a convenient location, with amazing development options and a very competitive asking price, the only question now is - what are you waiting for?
The value here is undeniable, and you're not going to want to wait too long to register your interest with The Mitchell Brothers.

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
