A POINT OF DIFFERENCE

Architecturally designed by renowned Dane Design Australia this customised abode offers a charming Down South residence with a unique, rustic influence.
* The bold use of deep, earthy colours and timber presents a warm invitation to enter this Santa Fe inspired residence.
* Internally the space has been created to reflect the building methods of this architectural style with soft curved walls and edges, timber framed windows and doors plus soaring timber lined or thatched vaulted ceilings.
* The home centres around the informal, open plan, living zone that is an inviting space to enjoy daily life with beautiful timber hardwood floors and vaulted ceiling that accentuates the warm tones of the open kitchen.
* Polished timber benchtops and the curved rendered breakfast bar provide an eye catching addition to the kitchen that has plenty of natural sunlight via the dual aspect windows and overlooks the dining space that leads directly outdoors through timber French doors to the alfresco area beyond.
* A peaceful North Facing outdoor entertaining zone with timber decked dining area shaded by mature leafy trees and surrounded by low maintenance succulent and cactus gardens that compliments the Santa Fe themed home.
* The living area adjoins the kitchen and is the perfect place to sit back and relax with thatched ceiling, air conditioning for Summer and a cozy wood fireplace for the cooler months. * A study with built in cupboards is located behind.
* A second large living space is located at the rear of the home and offers limestone floors with French doors leading outside to a private courtyard area with outdoor shower. This room could also be utilised as a lovely, spacious 4th bedroom if required.
* The large master suite is located at the front of the home and has an amazing ensuite with curved walls and shower, stone tiled vanity benchtops and floors plus double timber doors leading you outside to the garden.
* The guest bedrooms are all queensized, light and airy and share the main bathroom amenities with separate toilet.
* A huge laundry adjoins the kitchen and could easily be incorporated into a scullery to further extend the kitchen space.
* The huge 801m2 lot has plenty of space for the parking of cars and ancillary vehicles whilst the low maintenance gardens ensure your down time is spent enjoying the Down South lifestyle not in the garden. The rear garden has plenty of room for vegetable patches plus there is a handy garden shed to store all the tools.
* This property makes the perfect permanent Dunsborough residence or ideal holiday home investment due to its highly sought after Country Club location, close to Schools and being only a short walk to the Beach.

Dunsborough overview

The townsite of Dunsborough is located on the coast, 12 kilometres southeast of Cape Naturaliste and approximately 19 kilometres of Busselton. It was gazetted as a Townsite in 1879, but land for a townsite was set aside here in the late 1830's, and there is a recorded whale fishery at "Dunsbro" in 1850.

Dunsborough is located adjacent to Dunn Bay from which it derives its name. The bay is believed to have been named by Governor James Stirling , March 1830, whilst on the "Eagle" carrying out a survey of Geographe Bay. It is named after Captain Richard Dalling Dunn, under whom Stirling served on the "Hibernia"120 and the "Armide"38 in 1810-1811 (Stirling named a number of features in Western Australia after naval officers under whom he served or was associated with) When Dunsborough first appeared on a map in 1839 it was spelt "Dunnsbro" but the extra n appears to have disappeared by 1850, and the spelling of "bro" was amended to "borough"when the name was gazetted in 1879.
