The Epitome of Coastal Class and Quality

Enviably nestled in between the beach and bush in one of the most sought after streets in North Beach, this stunning 4 bedroom 3 bathroom tri-level residence leaves no expense spared when it comes to quality modern living and impeccable attention-to-detail.

Architecturally-designed by the award-winning Daniel Cassettai, this exquisite home has a massive five-car lock-up garage and boasts an amazing facade, headlined by cast-iron fencing and Persian-inspired arches that precede a modern and contemporary interior. Beyond the lovingly-manicured gardens and the gorgeous 120-year-old Spanish-imported entry doors lies a huge front family room with an open gas fireplace.

Also on the ground level are two large bedrooms complemented by a fully-tiled main family bathroom with a deep bathtub, whilst a massive fourth bedroom leaves space for a lounge within and sits adjacent to a fully-tiled guest bathroom. Electric blinds controls just how much natural light enters the open-plan kitchen and dining area, where natural stone floors provide a seamless connection through to a bright and separate family room, via a cavity slider door.

Bi-folding doors seamlessly extend entertaining out to a fabulous northwest-facing alfresco that overlooks a sparkling 25-metre solar-heated lap pool which is complemented by a separate deck, as well as a poolside gazebo decking area, complete with café blinds. Another side courtyard and deck with a hot/cold water outdoor shower finish off what is a wonderful backyard setting that all generations (and pets) will fall in love with.

Upstairs, stunning wooden Blackbutt floorboards warm a versatile parent’s retreat-come-home office that captures all of the morning sun and an ocean view. The master suite is massive and has a huge fitted walk-in wardrobe with separate “his and hers” entries and a fully-tiled ensuite, impressively featuring a recessed walk-in rain shower, twin stone vanities and a separate fully-tiled toilet.

It’s all about luxury, location and lifestyle here, with the surf and sand just a short walk from your front door. Also close-by are top schools, shopping, cafes, restaurants, sprawling parklands and more. This, ladies and gentlemen, is what “living the dream” is all about!

North Beach overview

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.

Life in North Beach

Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
