Walk into this huge 4x2 and let your family spread out – there’s so much to enjoy!
Plate-glass windows in every room give this huge home an even more expansive (and expensive) feeling. The generous dimensions of each zone mean that even a large family can separate and then spend time together. Each of the four bedrooms includes modern LED lighting, and there is a stylish ensuite and walk-in wardrobe attached to the main suite. The three secondary bedrooms share a sweet blue-and-white bathroom with a shower and separate bath, perfect for any type of family!
Hard-wearing tiles and recently replaced carpets make it an ideal place for work, rest and play without worry. There’s an assortment of spaces (a formal lounge, open-plan kitchen/living/dining/games room, and a separate activity room) available for use, so everyone can enjoy their time with company – or not. When hunger strikes, the galley kitchen has a big pantry and gas cooking to get meals going fast, and there’s a dishwasher set into the island bench for easy clean-up. The outside space is almost as generous, with a great backyard lawn ready for games and a paved area that is perfect for scooters and hopscotch.
For times when even this generous 578sqm corner block isn’t enough, this cleverly planned community has provided four parks within walking distance (Dalvik, Kai Llewellyn, Coldstream and Pyrenees), close to Chillisaurus Mini Golf and the Quinns Rocks Sports Club, this home is sure to keep even the most active family busy. And did we mention that it’s only 3.5km from the Jindalee Beach Shack? There’s shops, public and private education, sports hubs, public transport and more in store for you and the family here.

The name originally proposed for this suburb by the Shire of Wanneroo was 'Hester' after one of the first land owners in the vicinity. This was approved in 1980, but the name was opposed by Australia Post on account of duplication. Because of this the Shire of Wanneroo proposed the name Merriwa (an Aboriginal word for 'a good place'). The name was approved in 1980.
