Buy It, Better It, Benefit!

This property presents an opportunity with a home that has good bones, ready to be transformed just how you want it...

Built in 1984, this brick and tile home has been an solid investment property for the current owners. With a long term tenant recently vacated, this property is now up For Sale, 'as is'.

The home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in an elevated position. It has a large open plan living area with a tile fire, built in brick bar and a large kitchen. There is plenty of scope and space to change the layout of the kitchen.

A central hallway leads to the three bedrooms, two of which have built-in robes. The carpets were at the end of their life so they have been removed, ready for you to select the flooring of your choice.

The bathroom has a shower over a corner bath and a vanity set back in an alcove. The laundry and separate toilet are nearby.

Outside there is a hot mix driveway that leads up to a large flat roofed carport and a garden shed.

Don't miss the chance to have a look and secure this one, before it goes back on the rental market.

Binningup overview

Binningup is a south western coastal townsite located 127 kilometres south of Perth and 30 kilometres north of Bunbury. By 1962 there was only one resident in the area, but many homes were built in the following few years. At the request of the Shire of Harvey, Binningup was gazetted a townsite in 1963.
