Unique layout and design.
Make no mistake, this property needs a new owner who can see its true potential. An owner that will roll up their sleeves and do the hard work and put in the much needed effort and care, into making this house transform in a beautiful family home.
The layout of this company issued house is not one of the ‘standard’ designs, as it has more living areas and more bedrooms than most built in the 1970s.
This property has one of the best locations on offer in the town, given Rudall Avenue is well known as one of Newman’s most loved family friendly streets.
An added bonus of this property is that it sits right across the road from the Catholic Church, on a huge 813m2 block.
Additional added features of this property:
4 Bedrooms all with BIRS
One additional room that could be offered as a smaller 5th bedroom and/or nursery
Three separate living areas that all adjoin the kitchen zone
Spacious laundry and bathroom
New lighting fixtures have been installed throughout the property
Well maintained under ground swimming pool
Vacant possession available at settlement
Sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”

Newman is a mining company townsite in the Pilbara region, 1184 kilometres northeast of Perth. The townsite was gazetted in 1972 after the Mount Newman Mining company developed a large iron ore mine at Mount Whaleback. The townsite is named after the nearby Mount Newman, a 1055 meter high mountain in the Ophthalmia Range.
Mount Newman was named by the surveyor W F Rudall in 1896, "in honour of our late leader". Newman was Aubrey Woodward Newman, the original leader of the survey party carrying out surveys in the neighbourhood of the Ophthalmia Range in 1896. He contracted typhoid fever at Peak Hill and, too ill to continue, was later returned to Cue where he died on May 24th, 1896.
