Don’t miss your chance to secure a home that has arguably some of the most beautiful views of the golf course. The vista incorporates greens, tees, fairways and trees and you will barely notice another home. It really is a very unique outlook. And best of all it is set on a massive 810m2 block that offers plenty of room for parking boats, caravans, and trailers. Blocks of this size are very rare these days!
The home itself is a large solidly built 4-bedroom 2-bathroom double brick and colourbond home which also offers two separate living areas incorporating an open living plan and kitchen that both take in the fantastic views.
Highlighted by high ceilings and spacious living areas there is plenty of space for the family or just ample room for a fantastic holiday home.
The home also has an enclosed courtyard which is ideal for entertaining and to be protected from any winds for a drink and BBQ or it could be just used as an excellent children’s playground area.
Those of you that are handy or love a small renovation a coat of paint, new flooring and some TLC would really make this home an outstanding investment and you could really value add to this property.
Located in a quiet street and close to town, parks, clubrooms, and the Golf Course this home is worth a look.

The townsite of Dunsborough is located on the coast, 12 kilometres southeast of Cape Naturaliste and approximately 19 kilometres of Busselton. It was gazetted as a Townsite in 1879, but land for a townsite was set aside here in the late 1830's, and there is a recorded whale fishery at "Dunsbro" in 1850.
Dunsborough is located adjacent to Dunn Bay from which it derives its name. The bay is believed to have been named by Governor James Stirling , March 1830, whilst on the "Eagle" carrying out a survey of Geographe Bay. It is named after Captain Richard Dalling Dunn, under whom Stirling served on the "Hibernia"120 and the "Armide"38 in 1810-1811 (Stirling named a number of features in Western Australia after naval officers under whom he served or was associated with) When Dunsborough first appeared on a map in 1839 it was spelt "Dunnsbro" but the extra n appears to have disappeared by 1850, and the spelling of "bro" was amended to "borough"when the name was gazetted in 1879.
